How do I order Coco Chispa products?

We have an online pre-sale 4 times a year, and always announce the exact date/time detials in advance via Instagram.

I have a shop and want to carry Coco Chispa products, are you accepting new wholesale accounts?

We are currently full for wholesale.

I ordered a mug online and haven't gotten it yet. What happened?

All Coco Chispa sales are for pre-sale, so once you order a mug they are then handmade by Coco just for you! This typically takes about 2 months.

Can I order a custom mug or request a special order?

We are not currently taking custom requets, but we welcome feedback! If you have a cool idea or are hoping for a heritage design to be brought back - please share your suggetions!

Where do you announce updates and new product launches/pre-sale dates?

We post updates on Instagram in the weeks leading up to a sale with the exact date and time of an upcoming sale. The day before the sale we will share images and prices of each item that will be available.

Do you have a brick and mortar I can come shop at?

No, as each piece is made-to-order, we do not have an inventory to shop form.

Are Coco Chispa ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?

Any piece with a gold accent is not microwave safe. All others are, however. All mugs can go in the dishwasher, but we recommend hand washing for extra-special care.
